Christian music can be tricky when it comes to finding something you want to not only listen to but sing along with. Finding songs that resonated with me has been tricky because I didn't know where to start. The music I heard at church was okay but nothing that got me excited about hearing it, I certainly did not want to sing along, and that's a shame because churchgoers should be excited about worshiping God and look forward to going to church. However, when the first 10-20 minutes of church is filled with music that you don't care for it can't make it difficult to wan to attend. Now that doesn't mean that the church I currently attend plays only music that I love and sing along with every week. I have been to a few different churches and though I'm still new to my current one, it resonates with my style of music and worship. The latter being the most important. While worship music is part of church, it is not the most important, how the Bible is addressed and how you learn about it are vital to your Christian churchgoing experience. But I'll talk about that a different time, because I'm going to give you my current top 5 Christian songs that I rock out to in my car and house (I haven't heard them in church yet, but they do play similar songs)!
